Kunlin holds an Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, NTU He start his career as an Engineer in 2009 and has worked in various projects in Singapore with known companies such as CPG, J Roger Preston, Keppel,  BCA, Belmacs. A built environment professional with over 15 years of Regulatory (6 years) and Industrial(9 years) experience, Kunlin has s demonstrated record of in various fields including Engineering, Project Management and development, Environmental Sustainability and Safety Excellence.​

Kunlin had been involved in projects at different roles for  commercial, infrastructure, residential projects. He has also    have worked previously as a building services mechanical engineer in consultancies, project development work in engineering MNCs.​

Kunlin is a practising Specialist Professional Engineer ( Lift and Escalator Engineering).​
