Mr. Elie Tawil is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.
Mr. Tawil is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New Jersey and a LEED Accredited Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has over 16 years of diversified engineering experience within the mechanical and environmental engineering industry. He has provided a wide range of engineering services in support of large scale projects.
Mr. Tawil has developed several continuing education courses for professional engineers pursuing PDH credit for their license renewal.
Mechanical:
Mr. Tawil was actively involved throughout the different stages of projects starting from conceptual design to bidding the construction documents for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection for several residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. He has developed detailed engineering drawings, reports, and calculations. He has also conducted mechanical equipment quantification as well as prepared cost estimates for major construction projects.
As a mechanical engineer, Mr. Tawil has also ventured into the Oil & Gas Industry, where he has prepared scope of work, developed engineering drawings, reports, calculations, raised material requisitions, reviewed Vendor technical offers/submittals and issued technical clarifications as well as technical bid evaluation reports pertaining to different mechanical equipment installed on offshore platforms.
Environmental:
Mr. Tawil's environmental experience included site investigations and evaluation of building material and the associated MEP systems as they relate to the presence of asbestos-containing material and/or lead-based paint material. His expertise included the development of remediation design drawings, engineering investigation reports and detailed cost estimates.
