David Flanagan, P.E.
Judge David Flanagan is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.
Judge Flanagan is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin. He served 24 years as a trial attorney for the Wisconsin Attorney General defending professional negligence lawsuits as well as construction claims, personal injury actions and contract disputes. In that role he conducted and defended hundreds of discovery depositions. He then was elected to the Circuit Court bench where he presided over civil and criminal trials for 17 years. He has made Discovery Deposition presentations for the NSPE, local chapters and medical groups.
Prior to his legal career, Judge Flanagan served as the diving officer in a Navy Seabee battalion, planning and supervising underwater construction projects in various locations including South Vietnam.
Judge Flanagan graduated from the Missouri School of Mines in Rolla, Missouri (BSCE) and from the University of Wisconsin Law School (JD).
