Biennial by December 31 of odd years

The State Board does not pre-approve courses. You must select a course activity that meets your State Board criteria.

The State Board does not pre-approve continuing education sponsors.

The course must be relevant to the profession of engineering, address the public’s health, safety and welfare, and may include technical, ethical or managerial content. For multiple registrations within the state, only a total of 24 units are required provided at least 8 hours of the units are earned in each registration held (i.e. PE, LS, etc).

There are no limitations on the number of PDH's earned online.

Up to 12 PDH may be carried over into the next renewal period.
